Pineapple Avocado Detox Smoothie Recipe
Creamy, sweet-but-not-too-sweet and full of health packed ingredients.
INGREDIENTS➻200 g sweet, ripe pineapple, chopped
➻60 g kale
➻1 ripe banana
➻½ of a ripe avocado
➻2 tsp chia seeds
➻2 cups of water to top up
Simply add all the ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker, top up with water and blend for 1 minutes – until everything is thoroughly incorporated. Drink straightaway. You could also add a large handful of ice if you like your smoothies really cold.
