Ingredients

➲Minced meat (¹/₄ kg)
➲Garlic (3 cloves crushed)
➲Onions (4 pieces chopped)
➲Breadcrumbs (¹/₄ cup)
➲Eggs (2 eggs)
➲Tomatoes (3 pieces)
➲Oil
➲Chilies (2 pieces)
➲Black pepper (1.4 teaspoons)
➲Salt to taste
➲Maggi cubes (2 pieces) *Optional
➲Tomato paste (1 teaspoon)


METHOD OF PREPARATION

Mix the minced meat with onions, garlic, and black pepper. add egg and breadcrumbs, the reason we are adding the two is to bind the meat together. After that shape them into small ball, or the size of your own according to your appetite. After making them into balls, deep fry them in a moderate heat to make sure that it is well cooked inside. Remove and set aside. In a pan, make a sauce, fry onions, tomatoes and garlic, chilies and tomato paste stir to combine well, add a little water, or milk or coconut milk if it's too thick[the choice is yours] and add the meatballs let it simmer for 10 -15 min before serving. If you are making for the kids, please avoid black pepper and chilies, preserve that for the elderly.
