How to avoid heart burns

Heart burn is the burning sensation in the middle of your chest. It does not involve the heart directly, but because of its closeness to the location of the heart in the middle of the chest, it has earned the name ‘Heart Burn’. It is a result of your dietary habits, and your way of thinking.

Severe emotional upsets are almost always accompanied with a heart burn, and what you eat and think plays a central role in giving rise to it.

If your chest is on fire (heart burn), it is likely to be a minor upset. It is also likely that your own habits are responsible for it.

Always remember, you could extinguish that fire in your chest by avoiding the really hot stuff in your food and throwing some ice over your emotions.
