Minced beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose.
- Minced meat,
- Cumin powder,
- Green chilis,
- Garam masala,
- Coriander powder and leaves.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Chop all the Ingredients; including garlic, onions, green chilli, garama masala, and coriander leaves as shown below.
Boil the minced meat and add the ingredients prepared above.
Boil the meat without adding any water, when it has dried add all the remaining ingredients and stir for 3 minutes to mix well, remove and fill them into samosa pockets, here is how to prepare and fold minced meat in samosa pocket..
From mixed flour, make it into a dough and then into small balls.Spread the ball and putting oil heat them a little. From the heat, remove the layers one by one and cut them into rectangles.
Fill them with the prepared minced meat above and then fold into triangles.
Then deep fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy as shown ABOVE.
